Permitted Use

• Install and use the software on devices you own or control
• Use generated calibration profiles in your audio production workflow
• Export and share calibration data with your collaborators
• Access documentation and support resources

Restrictions

• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Do not redistribute, sublicense, or resell the software
• Do not remove or alter any proprietary notices
• Do not use the software for illegal purposes

Payment and Refunds

All purchases are final. We offer a 14-day free trial for all products so you can evaluate the software before purchasing. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the software, contact our support team within 30 days of purchase for assistance.

Intellectual Property

SOUNN retains all rights, title, and interest in the software, including all intellectual property rights. Your calibration data and profiles remain your property.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted. Results from acoustic measurements depend on your equipment and environment.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOUNN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your license to use the software ends, but your calibration data remains accessible locally.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the software. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
